Consideration of Legislation.
Senate Bill 243 (Pittman) – Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to permit a licensed eligible organization to raise funds by conducting Games of Chance online during the duration of the disaster emergency proclamation issued by the Governor on March 6, 2020, as well as any renewal.
Amendment No. A00822 – Clarifies the types of Small Games of Chance that may be conducted as part of the legislation, identifies parameters, establishes age and residency requirements, and extends the sunshine date until May 1, 2022, or the conclusion of the Emergency Declaration, whichever is longer.
