The committee also oversees the following authorities: the Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority, the Commonwealth Financing Authority, the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, and the Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority.
