Senate Bill 845 (Robinson) – An Act authorizing the establishment of tourism improvement districts and providing for powers of counties.
AMENDMENT: A03192 to SB 845 (Robinson) – Ensures sports facilities are eligible to receive funding, and upon request by the county, a report must be provided outlining how funds are spent.
Senate Bill 667 (Robinson) – Amends the Small Games of Chance Act, providing for electronic payment for online raffle sales.
AMENDMENT: A03190 to SB 667 (Robinson) – Provides specifically that this bill is for the purchase of raffle tickets only, maintains consistency with reference to prize limits with all other SGOC formats, and makes technical changes.
